re-attempt: OMG FAO Schwartz went out of buisness?

I will now attempt to re-post the post I tried to post earlier. I like the word post. It sounds like Toast. anyway, this might suck because it's a re-creation rather than the raw ed. See if you like it...

There was sort of a dinner party at my house tonight. Were about four of my parent's freinds over. They had a bit of wine and were pretty drunk. And loud. They got into some discussion about the pronounciation of our governer's name and how it made my dad lose a friend.

And then my dad talked about an infection on his ass (I'm not talking about a donkey) for 20 minutes.

Then I went in there 'cause I was bored. Then I picked up our Roomarang and threw it. The whole room ('cept for my dad) were in awe of this thing...and then spend the next 10-15 minutes throwing it around. It is a lot of fun... I remember getting it at the FAO Schwartz in San Francisco near Union Square...

And it's out of buisness... 8(

But, looking for pictures of it, I found these!


Hmm, cant really tell that's union square...but it is.


We used to have a bunch of post cards like this one of cal berkeley...kinda miss those.


Either an okay painting or a piss poor photograph *in terms of compression*


Isn't it fun to look at pictures of people you don't know? I don't know why but I get a kick out of it.

So they have a giant Menorah at Union Square for Chanukah. When I was little we would have a trip to the city to see the lighting of it. Was fun to do that. Too bad we stopped... Got too old for it or something.


Boy, people must hate me for always resizing photos.

Now this guy is creepy. Can't tell from the picture, but this guy sits there perfectly still for hours. Could you do that? I don't think so. Especially with itchy paint all over your body. Must be a zen thing.

I see your Schwartz is as big as mine.
