Ah he's joined the light
Ahh...
Sgt. Mongoose has joined the light. He has got google ads. And this is good. What's interesting is, however...
So far, all of his ads go to happiness type things.
Even eBay is selling happiness.
This chipagust place has the most interesting thing to me...check this out. I think I'll fill it out, kind of a questionare. Feel free to play along at home.
TEN STEPS TOWARDS
DEFEATING SELF-HATRED & SHYNESS.
1) What I’ve been told about me is I'm not a bad person____.
2) What I tell me about me is I suck and I'm a very bad person.
3) What I really know about me is I just wish I were a better person.
4) When do you punish yourself? How do you punish yourself? When do you feel defensive? How do you defend yourself? What’s your favorite defense?
Usually at night...Online...I don't defend myself.
5) When did you first experience anger? hatred? guilt? shame? (recall the circumstances.) When do you presently experience anger? hatred? guilt? shame? How old is the part of you that experiences anger? hatred? guilt? shame? Who in your life comes to mind when you consider anger? hatred? guilt? shame?
How can you remember that far back? How can anyone?
6) Draw a picture of you angry (passionate?). Draw your “anger mask.” Describe the qualities of this person, negative and positive.
8X <-- Mad Look at it. Need I say more?
7) Write a prescription for yourself that will heal the dis-ease or discomfort you are presently suffering.
I can't think of anything actually helping me. If I could, I think I'd be better by now.
8) What are the things you’ve always wanted someone to say to you, but no one ever has. Then, ask someone you love to say those things to you. Ask the child inside you what it needs to hear said to it. Then, ask someone you love to say those things to you.
I don't really think this way. I pass this question on to the next guy.
9) Look at pictures of yourself when you were little, and let yourself begin to appreciate that little person.
I was a very cute child. Take a look!
10) Picture your life at the end. Looking back, what do you regret? Is there something you could do now to avoid that regret?
Um...I regret being a loser my whole life? How can I look back on my life when my life isn't even half over?
This dog ate my life.
